Every journey begins with a first step.
Our most gentle class, designed for complete beginners or anyone who wants to build confidence on the reformer at a comfortable pace.
Choose this class if you are new to Pilates, don't have much experience with strength training, feel unsure about movement, or would prefer slower, more supportive introduction.
In a supportive small-group setting, you'll focus on simple, foundational movements that introduce you to the machine and the core principles of Pilates. Expect slow, guided exercises with plenty of time for questions and individual support.

Build your strength. Refine your foundation.
This level 1 Reformer class introduces the core principles of Pilates, focusing on strength, stability and control. Using spring-based resistance and guided movement, you'll build a strong foundation while developing mobility, posture and functional strength.
Suitable if you are new to Pilates or looking to reinforce the fundamentals, this class will help you develop awareness and control through foundational exercises.

Build on your foundation. Move with strength and control.
A progressive Reformer class where you build on your foundations, challenging coordination, strength and flexibility while developing greater control.
At this level, it is assumed you are confident with level 1 and are familiar with your equipment setup. You understand how to move from your centre with control and are ready to take more ownership of your movement.
Not suitable as a first reformer class.

Refine your control. Move with strength and flow.
An intermediate Reformer Pilates class, move with greater flow, precision and efficiency. Expect a full body workout built around larger, more dynamic movements that challenge your strength, flexibility and coordination.
At this level, it is assumed you are confident in your level 1.5 practice. You know your exercises, transitions and are comfortable articulating and stabilising your spine while maintaining control as movement becomes more fluid.
Not suitable as a first Reformer class.

This class offers a calm and supportive reformer experience, tailored for those who are pregnant or returning to exercise postpartum.
The focus is on maintaining mobility, strength and comfort through guided, low-impact exercises suitable for each stage. You'll be supported in building awareness, improving posture and moving with greater ease during this important time.
Postpartum clients: please ensure you are at least 6 weeks post birth before attending, or longer if you had any complications or a c-section .
Please note: this class is not a form of medical treatment. Medical clearance from your GP or healthcare provider is required before attending.

This mixed level mat Pilates block with Eleanor is designed to build on the foundations of Pilates in a supportive, small group setting. Perfect for those looking to further their practice, move beyond beginner and towards intermediate, it offers balanced mix of challenge and support. Exercises are layered, allowing you to choose the level that suits your body on the day, whether you're refining form, adding more control, or exploring deeper variations. Expect a mindful full body workout focusing on core strength, posture, breath and controlled movement. Mats will be provided.
