Our Intro class is a great starting point as it introduces you to all the parts of the Reformer. We move through the exercises slowly allowing you a chance to begin your mind-body connection and get to know the Reformer, you’ll be among other beginners too.
Our Level 1 class is also suitable for beginners with some previous some reformer Pilates experience.

All our classes are 50 minutes long.

All bookings are made via LegitFit and can be booked 1 week in advance.
Members have 4 weeks priority booking.
Package holders have 2 weeks priority booking.

Whatever you feel comfortable in, something that you can move well in that doesn’t have buttons or zippers as these can damage our equipment. If wearing loose shorts (including GAA shorts) you’ll need to wear a pair undershorts/bicycle shorts underneath.
Please tie up long hair and avoid wearing jewellery (especially necklaces) for safety reasons and to protect out equipment.
Class can be done in clean socks, grippy socks or regular, we have grips you can use. No outdoor shoes are allowed on equipment.

Neart Nua provides everything you need for class so there's no need to bring anything with you relating to Pilates. You might like to bring a towel and a water bottle.

Our cancellation window is 12 hours for group classes and private lessons, for your class credit to be returned to your LegiFit account for you to use to book another class.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, your class credit will not be refunded.

Yes all classes are mixed.
We do also offer a men’s only level 1 class.

Group classes are suitable from the age of 16 and up. There is no upper age limit, however if you find it hard to follow instruction or struggle with bending down or getting onto the floor a private session will give you focused 1:1 attention to ensure you are safe and comfortable at all times.

Our regular group classes are suitable up to 12 weeks, once cleared by your doctor. After that it’s best to switch to our prenatal-friendly session with exercises suitable during pregnancy.

This can vary from person to person but we typically recommend 2-3 classes per week. If you are using Pilates as active recovery or as part of a regular training routine, once per week might be plenty for you. You can always do more if you love it!

Gift vouchers are available to purchase directly in studio from 12th December. You can pick one up before or after any class, and they can be used for any of our classes.
Additionally, all class passes can be purchased as a gift online via LegitFit but email of recipient is required. Here’s how:
Go to our booking page.
Select the class pass you’d like to gift.
Choose the '“Gift” option at checkout.
Enter the recipient’s details (name and email) and complete the purchase. The recipient will then receive their gift via email, ready to book and attend any class of their choice.
